Refund & Shipping Policy

PO Boxes

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid physical address at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations. Order processing may occur immediately or within 48 hours of placement. If you wish to inquire about the status of your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@glowlet.net with your order number in the subject line.

Address Corrections

We are happy to assist with address updates prior to order processing. Please note that processing may begin immediately. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact info@glowlet.net as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Timeline

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure timely delivery and to avoid weekend transit delays. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries

Once your package has left our facility, delivery is managed by the carrier. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be held at your local USPS (or carrier) location. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package. Glowlet is not liable for unclaimed or returned shipments.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@glowlet.net  Be sure to include:

  • A photo of the damaged item(s)
  • The expiration date (printed on each bar)
  • Your order number

We will initiate a trace with the carrier and, once confirmed, process a replacement for items that cannot be safely consumed.

Lost in Transit

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please notify us at info@glowlet.net  We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is deemed lost, we will gladly issue a replacement.

Storage Guidelines

Glowlet bars are made with high-quality ingredients and no artificial preservatives. For optimal flavor and freshness, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place at 68–74°F (20–23°C).
Consume within 90 days of purchase for best results.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please contact info@glowlet.net  within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will make every effort to ensure your experience with Glowlet reflects the excellence we stand for.
