Back in 2017, long before Glowlet became a brand, the idea was simple but bold: to create a chocolate that felt indulgent—but also supported balance, satiety, and well-being. A chocolate that could nourish both body and desire.
The early days were deeply personal. The recipe was co-developed with my father, a doctor with a passion for functional nutrition. Together, we began testing blends of rich cocoa and smart, natural ingredients. Our goal was to create something that would feel decadent, while working in harmony with the body’s natural signals.
The very first prototypes were mixed, refined, and hand-poured in a small Los Angeles kitchen—crafted with intention, curiosity, and love.
